How does the glow work?
The face is photoluminescent: it charges under daylight or normal artificial light and glows for up to 8 hours in darkness. No wiring or batteries — a reliable backup to electric exit fixtures during power outages.
Which arrow should I use where?
Left and right arrows point along corridors; the up arrow signals straight ahead or upstairs; the down arrow signals downstairs or below; the double right & left version marks a junction with exits both ways. Use the standard no-arrow version on the exit itself.
Which material should I choose?
Adhesive vinyl is a peel-and-stick decal for glass, painted walls and doors. Rigid plastic is a lightweight .040″ panel. Rust-free .040″ aluminum is the most durable, with pre-punched holes for screw or wire mounting indoors or out.
