At iSYFIX, we process and ship orders as quickly as possible. All orders are fulfilled from our US warehouse.

$7.95 per order, Free standard shipping applies to all orders shipped within the contiguous United States over $50.

Shipping to Canada

We ship to Canada via standard international carriers. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your iSYFIX purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any Shipping & Return reason, we're here to help.

Return Policy

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or personalized orders are not eligible for return unless defective.
  • Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@isyfix.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@isyfix.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.
